Outline for the lecture

좋은 부모 된다는것은 자동적이 여야 할 일이지만 꼭 그렇게 되지 않는다.

현제 미국 사회에서 자녀양육 하려면 여러가지 도전이 있다.
특별히 이민사회에서는 부모의 지혜가 필요하다.
부모가 자란 환경과 다른곳에서 적응 해야 하기 때문에 나침판이 필요하다.

강의는 어떤 부모가 좋은 부모이며 어떻게 하면 그 목적을 성취 하는가에 대한 내용 이다.
가장 중요한것은 부모와 자녀간의 좋은 관계다.
관계만 좋으면 어떠한 어려움도 극복할수 있는 면역이 생긴다.

좋은 관계를 맺기 위해서 필요한것은 Communication( 의사소통) 이다.
어떻게 말하고 잘 들어 줄수 있는가에 달렸고 말하는 내용을 듣기전에
그 감정을 읽을줄 아는 기술이 필요하다.
벌주는것이 아닌 훈육을 통하여 자녀는 정신적으로 건강하고
생활에 적응 하는 강한 사람이 되어 이세상을 살아 갈수 있다.

어떤분이 얘기 하셨듯이 자녀는 손님과 같다.
머므는동안 부모의 책임이며 기간이 차면 보내 주어야 한다.
부모의 만족은 자녀가 독립한 인간이 되어 부모를 떠나 행복하게 사는 것이다.

Dr. Choi has worked as a researcher, a project manager and a group leader at Rush Hospital, Borg Warner, Siemens, BIRL (Basic Industry Research Laboratory at Northwestern University), Aon, and Motorola. Over his career, he used mathematics in many fields including medical imaging, computer vision, risk analysis, pattern recognition, voice processing, failure mechanics, and virtual reality. His four degrees in various scientific fields along with his first-hand experience in applying mathematics in diverse industries make him a uniquely qualified director to provide engaging mathematics classes at SabioAcademy.com.

Dr. Choi started teaching mathematics while he was in high school to help his friends, and never stopped teaching since then. His passion for teaching and ability to bring clarity into the subject bore fruits in hundreds of students in the Chicagoland area over the last twenty-some years.
